🎭 Drama Club Kickoff! 🎭 Drama Club will meet Thursday, September 4, after school until 4:00 pm. ✨ No sign-up is needed! All interested 3rd–5th grade students just need to attend on Thursday. If your child loves acting, storytelling, or performing, this is the perfect opportunity to get involved. We can’t wait to see our young Bulldogs shine on stage! 💜🐾

Thank you to Rev. Buford and Mr. Hembree for chairing our All Pro Dads this school year. This morning was a great kickoff at East End. We loved hearing why dads are proud of their children.

Tomorrow morning is our first ALL PRO DADS for this school year. We are so excited to see you in the morning!

🌳📚 Outdoor Classroom Debut! 📚🌳

Today, our very first class had the chance to use our brand-new Outdoor Classroom! 🎉 Ms. Kerce’s class enjoyed a reading lesson under the open sky, playing Headbands with the vocabulary words from their story.

We are so excited to see all the learning and creativity that will happen in this space throughout the week. ✨

A big thank you to all of our families who sold cookie dough 🍪—your support helped make this dream a reality for our Bulldogs! 🐾💙

Good afternoon everyone! I am very excited to be able to unveil our new outdoor learning area. From day 1 of being named Principal this has been a vision of mine. We were awarded a grant for our outdoor furniture, fundraised for the concrete and fence and recieved a donation from our PTO to fund this project. Outdoor classrooms offer a change of scenery that re-energizes both students and teachers. These types of environments get them out of the brick-and-mortar building and a chance to learn in a natural setting. Studies have shown this reduces mental fatigue and helps students stay attentive and engaged during lessons. With flexible seating, teachers will be able to utilize this area for students to read a book, do collaborative work, or just have some outdoor instruction. We still have some final touches to put on it, such as adding mulch into the grassy area  and adding some landscape. That is phase two of this project as we will be working on that throughout the year. I am very appreciative of this opportunity and to serve the students of East End! Chris Brewington

Dear East End Families,

We are excited to welcome our youngest Bulldog Pups to East End this school year! To help ease the transition for both students and parents, we are hosting a special breakfast just for you. This is a great opportunity to ask questions, connect with other families, and get to know our administrative team a little better.

We’re also thrilled to introduce our brand-new K4 setup as we launch the Academy for Early Learners here at East End!

You should have received an email yesterday with your child’s assigned first day of school—either August 5th or August 6th. Your breakfast will take place on your assigned start date at 8:15 AM.

We can’t wait to meet you and your little one! It’s going to be a great year.
