Building the 21st Century Graduate Through Leadership
The vehicle for achieving our district's strategic plan and building 21st century graduates is our Leadership Team model. Both the district as a whole and each school is expected to form Leadership Teams focusing on five key areas:
Instructional Accountability & Report Card
Behavior Intervention
Technology
Safety
Career & Technology Education
For each of these five areas, the district has established minimum expectations for teachers and administrators. As the district-wide teams continue to define our overall vision for these areas, it is the job of school-level leadership teams to flesh out these expectations with the programs that best suit each school.
